This Privacy Policy explains how Ivory Arc Travels ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you contact us or use our website and Journey Estimator. We are a private tour operator based in Nehru Enclave, Agra 282001, Uttar Pradesh, India (GST Reg. No. 09AYIPT0745R2ZH).
We only collect what we need to plan your trip and respond to you: your name, phone number and email address; your trip preferences (destinations, dates, group size and travel style); the messages and enquiries you send us via WhatsApp, email, phone or the Journey Estimator; and basic technical information your browser provides automatically when you visit the site.
We use it to prepare your itinerary and provide an estimate, respond to your enquiries and keep you updated, arrange bookings with the trusted partners needed to deliver your trip, process booking deposits and payments, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising. We share it only where necessary to deliver your journey or run our business: with the trusted travel partners involved in your specific trip (hotels, drivers, guides and local operators); with payment processing handled securely by Razorpay (we do not store your full card details); with the service providers that help us operate, such as email through Google Workspace and website hosting via GitHub Pages; and with authorities where we are required to by law.
Our Journey Estimator runs on our own subdomain (estimator.ivoryarctravels.com) and may use cookies or local browser storage to remember the selections you make while building a trip.
Booking deposits and payments are processed through Razorpay's secure systems. Your payment is handled on Razorpay's platform; we receive confirmation of the transaction but do not collect or store your complete card or banking details on our website.
Our main website is a simple static site and does not run advertising or profiling cookies. The Journey Estimator may store your selections in your browser so your progress isn't lost. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver your trip and meet legal or accounting requirements — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email hello@ivoryarctravels.com and we'll take care of it.
Our services are intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
